The Wild Rumpus began when Everett put on his Max suit made by my mother. I was told by several people that the suit did transform him into a truly wild child. |
A wild monster family. |
The moishe cake was my first attempt at a fondant cake. The third time was a charm with the fondant icing, but well worth it. My niece Sav made the cute little horned monster cupcakes. |
Cute little horned monsters came in a variety of flavors. |
The cupcakes were a hit with Everett, he couldn't get enough. |
This little wild thing snuck off to eat his monster in peace. The tent I made by recycling an extra large compost bag, yellow burlap and a frame made of PVC pipe for support. |
Miss Ava, Bethany and Dotty bundled up on this cool fall evening. |
Everett chased all that would run yelling 'im gonna get you, you better run'. |
Handmade monster masks made by Sav, Erin and myself. |
Claire, Nora, and Ruby enjoying the Rumpus. |
Claire and Luke |
What can I say, this boy loves cake. |
Everett's boat painted red and fitted with a table and a sail. |
The opening of the presents begins. What boy doesn't love dinosaurs and robots? |
And howling dogs and monkey shirts? |
Oh, and even mama got a present. It was a very good day. |
"Please don't go, I'll eat you up I love you so." |
I love it! This makes me miss my two year old...they get big so fast.
